The customer below (Alicia Lott) committed a crime. We have 16 webcams that allow our clients to see their dogs 24 hours a day. This way, our clients can be confident that their dogs are being treated well. We care greatly about our clients dogs, and want to make it clear to Alicia Lott and anyone else considering putting the dogs in jeopardy, that this is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me directly – 513-621-1300 Mic Foster

This is the last of several incidents I've had with PAC: PAC used to offer cage-free boarding, but in January they sent a letter stating that they would be using cages. After four months, I of course do not still have the letter, nor did I memorize it. I assumed (wrongly) that the dogs were only crated at night and that during the day there would be someone there. I left my dog there this past Saturday, and told the person there, "I'll be back tomorrow afternoon to pick her up," and he said okay. When I returned at 1:00 Sunday afternoon, there was no one there. I banged on the door, called, etc. There were business hours for Sunday posted on the door (which were difficult to read and understand). BUT at the bottom it said, "Evenings and weekends by appointment only." Huh? Upset, I went around to bang on the back door. But the door wasn't closed all the way, so I gave it a firm shove and walked right in. The dogs were being kept in small, unlit rooms, without water. My dog was in a cage that was large enough for her to stand up in but not much else. I freed her and we left less than a minute later. If I hadn't called PAC and told them what happened, would they have even noticed my dog was missing? What if someone else had found the open door and stolen my dog or someone else's? When I spoke to the owners of PAC, they said that they crate the dogs in the afternoon and kept referring to the letter from January--I told them that yes I received the letter, but a CLEARLY-WRITTEN reminder of pick-up and crating times would have been nice! I never got a sincere apology from them. Mic Foster had an excuse or hostile response for EVERYTHING (the back door warps when the weather changes, he said), and said I should be lucky he didn't call the police on me for "breaking and entering." There's not a thing he can do to me. I DIDN'T break in--the door was open--and only went in because I felt my dog was being neglected. In short
